July 2021 update

Just a friendly and informative reminder regarding some ongoing neighborhood issues.

Trash/Garbage Cans - there are two options available to the HH homeowners - either store them in your garage or behind your house - out of sight from view from the street. The specifics can be viewed on the HH CCR's posted on the website. You cannot store them on the side of the house, you cannot build a blind to hide them. Multiple violations will result in fines and possible liens on your property. Please abide by the rules we all agreed to when we purchased homes in Harvest Hill.

Above Ground Pools are not allowed. In-ground and pools not exceeding 18 inches in height are allowed. If you plan on installing an in-ground pool you must submit plans to the HOA for approval before the project begins.

Fences - there are restrictions regarding the type, size and location of the fence. Please submit plans to the HOA regarding your fence project before you begin installations.

Trailers/Boats/Campers/RV's/Major Car Repairs - these items are not allowed to be stored on your property. We understand if you have them on your property while getting ready to go or coming back from an outing. They are not allowed to be stored for longer than three days.

Major changes to your property/adding structures/upkeep of property - if you are making any major changes, additions, solar panels, etc... your best bet would be to talk to the HOA board or submit plans before you begin any projects. Regarding the upkeep of your property - it is expected that all homeowners maintain their property so that it is not a nuisance to the neighborhood.
