This is a brief outline of the changes – for official wording and documentation please visit

At the 2022 Annual Harvest Hill Homeowners meeting there were three changes to Harvest
Hill CCR’s that were approved by an official quorum that was established at the meeting.
Article VII Section J – a change was made to clarify and add Recreational Vehicle (RV) to the list of prohibited vehicles not allowed to be stored on your property. The HOA allows a three-day window to have any of these items to be on your property.
Article VII Section Q – a change was made allowing an outbuilding to be built on a homeowner's property. However, there are very specific directions that must be followed before you build/add any type of building on your property. Please see the approved conditions/restrictions on outbuildings at the HH HOA website. If you have any additional questions, please contact HH HOA.
Article VII Section D a change was made regarding the storage of trash cans. It reads as follows... Trash and garbage containers shall not be viewable from the Street (defined as “the street that the front door of the dwelling is (most directly) facing”). If stored on the side of the dwelling, such container still shall not be viewable from the Street. Corner Lot Provision: The following restriction shall additionally apply to corner lots (defined as a Lot with two adjoining streets connecting at one or more corners). A trash and garbage container shall not be considered viewable from the Street if stored in the rear of the dwelling on the corner furthest from the intersection of the adjoining streets. Violations of the policy will result is possible fines under the noncompliance policy
Ok – so what does that mean? It means you can store your trash cans either in your
garage, in the back of your house or on the side of your house. If they are stored on
the side they cannot be viewed/seen from someone either riding along your street
or walking along your street. If you are storing on the side of your house the HOA
would prefer some type of natural or faux natural blind that would prevent the
viewing of trash cans from the street. Please remember that the HOA does have
restrictions on extending fences, sheds/storage boxes and any other items that may
be deemed a nuisance.
